On 30-06-2010 Ranbaxy Lab at Gurgaon (Haryana) has given me commitment to collect sample blood of my father, the collection was scheduled on 01-07-2010 morning 8 o'clock. Mr. Sarvesh Jha was the person who has given the commitment and the sample collection from my home had extra charges which i was ready to pay, since my father has come to Gurgaon just to meet his Doctor, everything was explained to Mr. Sarvesh Jha that my father has an appointment with the Doctor on 02-07-2010, on 30-06-2010 late in the evening a person from Ranbaxy lab (Gurgaon) called up and said that the collection from home will not happen, this is something ridiculous, this was something very urgent and they informed me very late in the evening, there was no alternative, the commitment from Ranbaxy was false. Kindly take action.
