grand slam fitness center sold us a treadmill at discounted price.now harass us by not providing gud service.we called them a hundred times to get our pulse sensor repaired.still the job is not done.above all their maintenance engineer is rude and say that he has other things to look after.my hard earned money is wasted.

Dear Sir,
I have purchased grandslam trademill model # TR2100 from Reliance mega mart ahmedabad on 06 Nov 2010. Since then I am regretting my decision of purchasing this brand . I had belief on reliance mega mart & hence purchased the machine from their place . like these company's sales counter at their premises are putting Reliance reputation on stake .
This company is just interested in sale and not in after sales service .
My machine is not working since 19 oct 2011. daily I am complaining to their representative at ahmedabad but he just gives assurance of repair on daily basis .
Even their service engg calls & informs that he is on way to my destination for repair but he didn't turn up .
This way customer is being harrased by the company .

Advise me on future course of action .
