I am from Ahmedabad. Me and my wife joined barbarian gym in september last, paying yearly membership of 24k. however, it had some problem regarding its rented premises and was almost shut down for a month in april. it reopened, promising to extend our membership to an additional month. all seemed well till it shut down again. after much firefighting the management transferred us with other members to another gym for a month, saying things would be absolutely alright in a month. the month has gone by. the other gym is not bound to let us go on. the thing is our membership till september is paid for. we would like to get a refund, but noone is picking up phones anymore. the owner is a guy called vemon whose no. was 09967624113. what are my options? can you help us?
