the humidifier of our oxygen cylinder had broken
we wanted to replace it

on conatcting SINGHAL OXYGEN at J-10 Subash Marg C-scheme
Jaipur I was told that they do not seperately sell the humidifier
so i was asked left with no choice but to purchase the set of equpments
out of which Humidifier was the only thing we needed.
The set cost Rs 2500/-
we puechased it on 28/5/2010

later enquiring from other establishments we came to know that humidifier
is seperately available and its costs only approx.Rs1000/-

when i contacted Singhal oxygen telling them the same but they were neither
willing to sell the humidifier alone nor were they ready to take back the whole set
no valid reason was however forthcoming except plain refusal on their part

i think this is plain cheating on the part of Singhal Oxygen unnecessarily forcing customer
to purchase a set of euipments when smae can be purchased seperately at much lesser cost
