Sub: Not received health package ever after payment before one month

Myself Vaibhav Motiram Kini, I made full payment of 4,400/- for Health Saver Plan before on month through credit card.
Still i did not received any package, i called-up them many times but not even proper response by them.
I complaint there Customer care to cancel this plan and refund me my payment. (as they have refund policy).
But they like ignore me.

Please help me and help to stop this type of fraud.

I am Mukesh Kumar Sharma, I made full payment of 6,600/- for Health Saver Plan 28.08.2011(Mr.Raj & Mr. Amit Singhal , Mob No. - 9268913203) call me and talkied some indian health origination plan after debited Rs. 6600/- through my ICICI credit card. Ihad been fiven worng service & benefits by the IHO.several time marketing person & costumer care help line number but no response. Marketing executive is not pick my phone.
Still costumer care many times but not even proper response by them.
I complaint there Customer care to cancel this plan and refund me my payment. (as they have refund policy).
please help me & refunf my money ( MY IHO complain no - is 8572 ).
But they like ignore me.

Please help me and help to stop this type of fraud.
