i have written mail to the partner of indulge wellness spa which name has been taken from indulge spa international brand but failed to maintain themselves to give services like from the brand which they have taken name from
they says on there sites to write them in contact us page guestcare@indulgespas.in you will be responded from us within 48 hours but i haven't been responded
i have commented them on there Facebook page but still no reply so friends
dont take any deals from deals and you or snap deal so you'll be treated like customer whose taking services for free
below i have written the mail which i wrote to them on Sunday, 1 January 2012 4:06 AM


Dear Vasu,

Happy new year

two days back on Thursday or Friday i visited your spa center first time and i am regular customer of yours affinity saloon too.
the masseurs are great and they do good massages but
first they treat deals and you customers or snap deal customer like they are taking there appointment in conditional bases,

if u tell them u have coupons of dealsandyou or snap deal they ll tell you we are booked
n if u don't have coupon they ll give u appointment easily.

i have deals and you coupon one copy is in your south ex spa center too

our conversation was like

i asked for appointment for afternoon Ur staff told OK when i said i have coupon they said sorry we are booked kindly call at evening then we can give u appointment no problem anyways,
i called at 5 45 they said sir 6 30 or sir it will be better for us if come at 7 30
OK i reached at 720 sir please wait our masseurs are busy OK i waited then i got my no at 8.00
and in between when i get my no i said to Ur staff u called me time was running out what is this and its written that u close at 9pm 1 of Ur staff said sir don't worry we will not close until well get your package done
then i said its OK n i went to massage room at 8
and took massage its good Ur staff is trained well

but after massage i took bath and have tea i waited for masseur to come and complete reflexology package she didn't came after 20 mins i called outside,
and then they sir sorry we are closed please took your massage tomorrow i said 1 of your member said 1 of ur masseurs said that well do overtime but complete your pkg today itself.
she said no sir any one from us not said any thing like this i said whats my fault
she agreed its not any of my fault there but she argued too much and said well do it tomorrow please try to understand our problem sir and even masseur came offered me who did my Balinese massage that day that instead of 30 mins reflex and 45 min scrub shell give me both thing 45 45 mins each i said but she argued sir its late n we have to go home too i agreed
n said can write this thing she said OK sir that we can do then other girl wrote 1 hour left or something like that on your south ex dealsandyou book for proof.

now i have written whole story on page and kindly make right decision
