purchased Jawed habib total hair therapy oin April 2011 by seeing advertisement in television on the terms & condition that free reflling of hair product will be provided by them for one year on quarterly basis.I have registered in their customer care no 022 65113355 for free refilling.My registration no is 020405005.I have credited Rs 293/ in their account for handling charges.I have confirmed them for crediting handling charges & screen shot by sending mail on 04/8/2011,8/8/2011 & 5/10/2011 on their mail address care@jawedcares.com and subsequently on their customer care no 022 65113355 for receiving the handling chages.I have contacted them on customer care no 022 65113355 many times but they failed to deliver the product on my address.

There fore i request you to either they send hair product at my address or give me a compensation of Rs 25,000/-.
