I was told that if I refer any friend of mine I will get a discount or a voucher as a referral bonus. My friend visited the Clinic and mentioned that I had referred her name the employees kept nodding their head saying yes however they did not add my name. When I visited the clinic they said my name has not been added and to compensate they said they will add any walk in under my referral for which i said fine as long as i get the benefits. I was told i will receive an SMS in 2 days and it is already 4 days and have not received no information about it....

My friend visited the KAYA Clinic and mentioned my name.When I visited the clinic they said my name has not been added and to compensate they said they will add any walk in under my referral for which i said yes (as long as i get the benefits). I was told i will receive an SMS in 2 days and it is already 4 days and have not received any information... When I called they said a name has been added however the person has to avail some service from then after which I will get the referral benefits.... They should have added a name which is valid (who is using the service as they did not add my referral who is availing the service).. this is not fair at all !!!
