On 16th night, at 8 p.m. I went to Kaya Skin Clinic for a skin checkup since i had severe skin burns. They gave me a list of treatments that i have to take, quoting multiple issues, and the total cost of the treatment was around 40k+. I told them that i cannot afford it, and they instead suggested me two treatments for the time being. I agreed, and paid an amount of 10k as advance for the treatment,which cost 16000.
On return, i checked with one of my relative who is a beautician in Chennai, and she said that normally treatments have to be suggested only after doing a skin test and she said this approach by Kaya was wrong, since they did not do any skin test, and cannot suggest such treatment without testing.

I checked in mouthshut for reviews, and found hundreds of negative remarks about Kaya Skin clinic solutions, and how people have suffered and their skin went from bad to worse.

Next morning i..e. 17th at 10 a.m. i called them and said that i would not want to go for that treatment, and asked them to refund the money since the treatment had not begun. They said that the money cannot be refunded, and i have to use it by taking some treatment or the other.

I just took about 10 hours, and went back asking refund. Not sure how they can force me to use the their services.

Please let me know if something can be done about this. I have not taken or used any of their product, except that i have paid them 11k for the same. I want my money back. Can i get it?
