I've registered for 8 sessions of Dark Circle reduction, 3 sesions of Everyday radiance and 3 sessions of Aqua radiance at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad clinic.

My last DCR was done on 25.09.2010 (6th session). After that , i was asked to come for the 7th session on 02.10.10. But as that was coinciding with Everyday Radiance, i was asked to come on 05.10.10. When I went, I was shocked when they told me that I was supposed to come after 15 days and why I have come today???

The reason was they have used 35% conc (for 4 min) last time. Was this the customer's fault?????????? Who is going to pay for my time and travelling for 20kms for reaching the place.

I'm observing this nonsense since i started taking the services.

Drs are not even aware about tehir own services.
Drs even dont come near to you sometimes and will advice something. And Kaya claims that they give treatment according to skin type.

What is the need of Drs then???? Any layman can give the treatment.

This looks like a money making strategy and nothing else. If the customer is not conscious, theywill do anything .

Even after writing to them and sending reminders, i've not got any reply - because tehy have already got their money.

Will never ever recommend KAYA to anybody.
