I was convinced by one of the Vibes directors to pay for a laser hair removal for my daughter when I went to check their newly opened place at Karkhana in Secunderabad. a huge discount was offered and an option of paying in installments (if paid by credit card) was what won me. I was offered an extra 10% as the directors special quota and was told that since she was leaving in a couple of hours I must pay then only since the offer wouldn't be on for later.
Since their machine couldn't deduct the amount from my credit card they took the entire amount of about 23,thousand in one go. and was when I asked what about the checking if my daughter did not have a problem with the laser was told that there is 'no' side effect and as they didnt have the machine yet (it was installed 10 days later ) . I was too taken aback to ask anything else. After consulting some Doctor friends I was told that a patch test should have been done before taking the entire amount for two areas.
When I asked them that my daughter had a sensitive skin and the Doctor had advised against a facial hair Laser removal I was told to covert 23,000 into parlour services, this is ridiculous as it would take ages to finish the amount, I asked for maybe a part refund but was told it was not company policy.
I feel extremely cheated and don't know what to do.
