My wife name Rachna Sharma ph.no.9716681860 has taken laser package from Bodyline Pashchim Vihar by paying Rs.7000/- in total vide receipt no.1466 dt:20-02-2011 for Rs.4000/- & receipt no.1477 dt:23/2/2011 for Rs.3000/- and since last two months they are not able to give me laser treatment for permanent hair removal even after repeated visits, telphonic talk with Ms.Anju and every time they linger on by telling that the machine is out of order and call after 4-5 days but since then 2-3 months have passed and they have failed to give me the treatment and when I request them for refund of my money then they refuse. Please help me to get my money refunded. Please treat this message as complaint and send Notice to Bodyline slimming & beauty centre Pvt. Ltd. add:4, A/2, Ist Floor, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-110018 Ph No.7838226615 & 12 to 14. Treatment given at their pashchim vihar, Outer Ring Road near Meera Bagh Sai sweats branch but cash receipt issued from Tilak Nagar branch.
