I took some medicines from a Chemist shop a week ago.The person in the shop did not return my doctor's prescription along with the medicines.
When i reached home and discovered that the prescription was missing,i called the shop to keep the prescription safe, so that i can collect from them later.
When i went to the shop and asked my prescription ,they could not find that prescription.
There were medicines for twice of my visit to the doctor.
Can i take any action against the Chemist shop for losing my prescription and medical history for this?

I went to the doctor and the doctor gave me a slip to go get an x-ray before I left for vacation. Two weeks in Florida and a month later I never went for the x ray and I lost the slip for me to get one.
