This is with reference to my visit to SCANX MEDICAL CENTRE, CITY CENTRE , DURGAPUR.Today I visited SCANX Medical Centre, City Centre for getting my grandpa's(75 YRS) few scans. We wanted 3 tests to get done. They are ECG, ECHO, and USG KUB. They confirmed that 3 tests were done but my grandpa said they have tested only twice. I asked nearly 10 times to confirm whether they are done with all tests??? They confirmed me that they have done all tests. When I returned my home , they called me back and said that they have forgot 1 test to do which I asked them to confirm. Issue is this how can people be that much worst service oriented that they are confirming something which they have not done. This is my worst experience.

Kindly suggest me how to raise the issue such that this complaint should get settled and no more people become victim of the same. kindly reply!!!!! waiting for a positive reply....
