I am writting this email to inform you of the illtreatment of members and monopoly of the staff at One Fitness Club and spa at Powai.I am writing this email after a lot of frustrating converations with different officials at the centre still with a hope that someone will have the empathy to sensitize with my situation

I am listing the events in a chronological order below that will help you appreciate the reason for my anger

1. After seeing the ads of the Gym , I visited the place regarding membership, though I was very keen but felt I will not be able to attend regularly as my daughter was only 1.6 yrs, so informed them but they kept calling.Finally I told that if they assure that I will be able to transfer the membership to salon if I am unable to use the gym, I will take the gym membership

2.I took the membership , started attending in the morning Unfortunately because my domestic help left I could not attend gym regularly , though I kept trying to make it but for some or the other reason I was unable to

4. Finally I called the person to transfer the amount , which was done after a lot of follow ups

5.But I was not informed of the amount transferred and each time I called , the officials used to not take my calls or talk very disrespectfuly

6.Nonetheless I started visiting the parlor, where again I was always made to wait for atleast 30-45 mins despite taking appointment, the incharge-would talk to me as if I was availing a free service, twice I was told the product I want to use is not in stock so I either take the normal product for which I can pay Rs300/- at a local parlor and here I will pay Rs700/- for the same.I was always given the newest and less experience therapst and there was a differece of two worlds in the service and treatment I got before taking the membership and after taking the membership

7.Finally I was told out of 32000/- only Rs18000/- have been transferred, for details they assured a meeting will be arranged.But that never happend on contrary all stopped taking my calls which made me feel like a rut as If I was trying to make money from them , which by the way I was following up for my own hard earned money

8.Then I escalated this to their Director, who first offerred that I can bring another member and then they will refund the amount or I should give them another chance of service.After going through so much and being treated like the way I have been , do you think I will like to have any association with One fitness Club and Spa.Going to the salon because of my membership fee feels like a burden , instead of relaxing it used to stress me to interact with the staff out there , even after which the service was hopeless

9Finally the director Ranjit Kagade agreed to refund but only Rs8000/- as he said that the two or three services which I had taken from the parlour costed so much, I tried toe xplain that if a member avails these services you charge 70% lesser fee, then I also took the service thinking I am member but I was charged more than double the amount which means my annual membership fee would get exhausted only in a few months

But I have not heard from them till date and Would urge you to end my turmoil and help me get a valid refund, I am only asking for my money which I have paid and nothing more
