    Angry ORRA Jewellery

I bought a wedding ring from ORRA jewellery Malad Store - Mumbai. Just after some months of time one of the link of the ring was broken & I had given it for repairing @ the same store. After getting it repaired I found that there is a weight difference from what I have given @ the time of repairing. After many follow ups from the corporate team & even from the local store, there is no one to take responsibiity of the concerns of the customer. Whenever we try to contact the local team, they always pass the ball onto internal teams.
With all this we feel as if customer are being cheated & fooled around. With such a big brand name this is very unacceptable.

Default Website called "BeBeautiful" is Big Cheater!

Halo, I received a call from the company representative of "Be Beautiful" who claim to send the females they call a free gift hamper with diferent beauty products of some big brands like Lakme,Dove etc and in return ask for a free registration with them.As the customer agrees and gives away important personal information, they promise to register us and send the free trial beauty hamper within a month to our residential address. But Beware..its all cheating..no gift hamper is sent to our place and God knows with whom do they share our personal information.I urge this forum to kindly take a note of the same and if possible do something about it.

    Dear Madam,

Please don't fall prey for such type of offers, such offers are misleading and creates waves in the minds of females, who are eager to look beautiful. And even if you are not good looking ignore such offers. And humbly request you to go for the authentic offers and never offer your personal details to anybody without confirmation.

    Default Orra

The ORRA replaces the jewelery procured from them at the 85% of its invoiced price. Where as In case of gold and diomond it isbeing replaced at the 85% or 100% at the prevailing price. Hence, My suggestion to ORRA to modify the terms and condition and stop expliotation of their customers.

Thumbs down ORRA never go for it,

I have worse experience with ORRA, I brought a diamond solitair ring, withing 2-3 months the gold nail holding the ring broke off without any accident or impact. That is clearly visibla form naked eyes as the metails is chipped off. As time of sell they will tell abouit their brand name, benchmarks, standards....
But once u go with some compain they will not entertain you.....
I wrote 7-8 emails to their senior officials but they did not even replyed to any one of them.......
Finally i haved planned to go to consumer court....

The worst part is they have kept the ring with them for technical opinion..

i advice you to keep a safe distance away form this brand for always.....

    Dear Ma'am,

Diamonds are set in 18 K gold and apart from the solitaire being certified, the ring would also have an 18K gold BIS hall marked on it. 18K gold is very sturdy and we have not heard of gold chipping off on its own. However we will review this on an urgent basis and we regret the distress caused to you.

Could u pls send the details of the product, the date and location so we could look into the same . Please email to michelle.pinto@orra.co.in
