I am Vaishali Sanap. Since last one year I am using Ponds cream i.e. Age Miracle Daily Resurfacing Cream - SPF 15 PA++ Day Cream. I was very much satisfied with the quality and result of this creame. But in one year, at least 3 times I have received duplicate cream. The bottle, codification, covering, packaging is same but the containt of cream is duplicate. This is very much serious problem that we are paying high cost like rs. 350/- and getting duplicate material. I have ignored it first time considering that it should be some packing mistake with one lot. but it repeated again after 2 months. and Now again in last week also I got duplicate one. The code on cover box is 8851932 185547. Production date mentioned on pack is 01/10.

What ever duplicate material I got was purchased from Big Bazzar or Medical stores...
