I took treatment for hairloss n paid nearly 20000 but it doesnot got any effect its just a waste of time n eyewash better not to go for this...so pls take actions against these type of beauty centers they r robbing lot of money from innocent peoples..

I got treated at Richfeel...I agree, it has been a great loss of money and a greater more loss of hair...the treatment does not work...it has led to too many other health complications with their medicines for me. I quit as the hair fall was 10 times more and I am now using the regular shampoo and I am beginning to see the difference...So, please take care...its not just the hair...its also your health. the care at the center by the women there is also not appreciable. they are too rough and choosy...after paying a heavy amount they make you wait and dont attend. They use their products while treating like gold like as though we have not paid for it.

I also went their Richfeel Clinic in Jayanagar in 3rd block. I spent 35000 bucks for non surgical treatment and within one year, i lost almost all hairs grown by that treatment. Then I approached them and asked for repair of that, initally they said they will reapit it for free and then they charged for that also. I agree with Rakesh that it is complete waste of time and money. First of all, those guys dont know whats is customer service. In spite of shelling out good money from customer's pocket, they hardly give good service and their behaviour is also very rude. They have doctors also but they are there for sellig their products and nothing else. Those doctors dont have any knowledge.

I suggest everybody not to go there atleast for hair loss

i have problem of hair fall. after seeing richfeel rosy advertisement in newspaper, ithough of getting treatment from them.i went to malad center in mumbai. there doctor gave me assurance that my hair fall will stop n to some extent hair will grow, it will approximatly cost me rs 6000 initially and 400 to 800 monthly (average). i paid rs 900 for consulancy the ask me to pay rs 6000 thousand for TST sittings, i had no choice when i paid it, they told me to come from next monday for treartment, when i went there to my horror they asked me to pay 3500 more shampoo, oil and some crappy medicine they used to tell that witing 2-3 month i will see the difference, (yes i am seeing i am poorer by rs40000).
.They went on giving sweet talks.then they said you have to continue with more TST sittings and charged me more 6000.after one year also there is no difference at all.all I can say is you waste time,money,efforts by going to richfeel. so now i have stopped there treatment and horrible experience

I wrote a strict mail to dr sonal and also met her personally who behaves like afisher women and screams and talks senseless and does not own up her mistakes.
Even Dr sonal is liar. She commited to refund my entire money however they all lie and waste you time and drag the issue and don't refund.

So guys pl take my suggestons seriously and believe on it and don't let ur. Money get wasted

Recently I purchased a deal from Rich feel which read “Gorgeous tresses! Pay Rs 349 for Hydro Hair Therapy (hair spa), hair & scalp ****ysis and TST Hair Fall Treatment worth Rs 3100 @ RichFeel”.
I called Rich feel , Indirangar on Aug 9th (last day of the deal 11th August 2011) to book an appointment for the services in Indira Nagar branch. They mentioned that they did not have protein pack and so they cannot provide Hydro Hair Therapy treatment. So I visited Rich feel for just Doctor’s consultation which was also a part of the deal. After the Doctor consultation, I paid the fee as mentioned in the deal . As they did not have Protein pack for Hydro Hair Therapy, they mentioned that I could visit the clinic anytime later and avail the rest of service. (Note-Receptionist Khusboo noted my name and Phone number) . Needless to say, I never got any call.

I called again on 16th September 2011 and enquired if I could complete the rest of my services. The receptionist (though I don’t know who picked the call this time) agreed on this. I could not make it on 16th September Friday, so called the clinic the following Monday. Again this time Receptionist Khusboo received the call and mentioned -“Maam, that’s not my problem that your deal is expired. we cannot provide both TST and Hydro Hair Therapy .We can only provide Hydro Hair Therapy and that too I am providing this after talking to my manager and you are requesting so much.” Look at the contrasting statement made here just over the weekend. I told her that I need to speak to the manager to which she brushed off saying Manager is busy.
I visited the clinic the same evening and spoke to lady Manager. I just told her that deal was expired and I was not informed on when the protein pack was available. She reacted saying you should have kept calling the clinic and enquired on this.(I don’t know for what do they take customer phone number) Then she acted as though she made a call to someone. After the call, she mentioned that I need to pay Rs.500 more (apart from Rs.350 which I had already paid) for doctor consultation and ppt treatment. I mentioned that I am not interested in those and provide me the treatment for Hydro Hair Therapy service that was promised on same day afternoon by Receptionist Khusboo. At this point Lady manager gave a surprise look at Receptionist Khusboo. Khusboo made a statement “I never said that. I just told that you can talk to my manager”. For which Lady Manager started saying “See, in front of you she is saying that she dint say so”.

I just walked out of the clinic saying “ I don’t need any service from you”. They make statements which change over weekend, and also in same day. They deny making such statements as though we did not hear anything or say anything.
This is how Rich Feel Indiranagar branch cheats the customer and more centric on money making policy. All the deal sites should remove Rich feel from their client list. Look out for Khusboo and the Lady manager in Richfeel, indiranagar. Don’t give your hairs in their hands. You will loose whats remaining

This is one major fraud chain of clinic. I have never seen such cheaters in my life before. In the name of hair treatment they are suggesting all sorts of nonsensical rubbish treatments. I have taken treatment from them for 8 mts and in that much time I have lost even more and more of my hair and lost nearly 30000 rupees of money. I first went to them thinking that something genuine might be with these guys because they have so many branches all over and they say they are pioneer of trichology. But when you visit there you will see all young doctors who are just passed out of college. So you wonder how they are pioneer or running the place since 25 years, when they don’t even seem to be 25 years old. Somehow even if you ignore that, then you realize they are just giving you standard treatments like saw palmetoo tablets and biominerals etc. This stuff you can get on the internet yourself.
So like this I this I got fooled for 8mths and lost more hair and money. I stopped going there and thought forget these guys. But what really has got me upset and that is the main reason for writing this review about these cheaters is that they have gone to a whole new level of cheating. I saw their advert in the front page of TOI today, with before and after pictures of some poor soul. I studied the photos carefully and I am 100% sure these are completely fake and fabricated before after pictures. And if you study the photos carefully you will agree with me as well. The reasons are very clear

1. The guy has got full head of hair in the after picture. So one assumes the after picture has been taken after atleast 6-8 mts of treatment. How is it possible that the guy wears the exact same shirt after 6-8 months and poses for the after picture as he did for the before picture

2. Not only is the shirt the exact same, but even the creases on the shirt are exactly in the same place.

IT IS CLEAR THAT THEY HAVE JUST USED PHOTOSHOP AND ADDED HAIR AND MADE IT INTO A BEFORE PICTURE SO AS TO FOOL PEOPLE INTO TAKING THEIR TREATMENT.
THIS SHOWS WHAT KIND OF CHEATERS THEY ARE.

Please don’t get fooled by such attractive before after pictures. Its just complete fraud what they are doing and they deserve to be put in jail for fooling people like this.
PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE SO THAT OTHER INNOCENT PEOPLE DON’T GET FOOLED AND WASTE THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY.
