I am very disappointed with the services of Salon@Central, they have sold offer cards for Rs999/- wherein they promised 13 services. Now they are saying they would only provide for 5 services and the executive at Salon also tore my card when I had gone to Salon for availing 1 of the services .

This is totally unfair , you first promise for 13 services and make the public buy it and then withdraw the services. The salon claims that their marketing partners cheated them and printed duplicate cards , but I purchased my card from Central Mall itself which therefore is a genuine card.

Please take appropriate action for this.

This happened in Central mall , Indore , r.n.t marg. I have also emailed this to Mr. Kishore Biyani and to my disappointment even he has not replied to such an act. I hope you will take an action against it
