This is to notify that my name is Modhumita Roy and I am a working lady. I am a regular customer of Shades Beauty Saloon, Jaipur, few months back I bought a voucher for Rs 700 which have few free services coupons, now the issue is since I am a holder of this voucher they are not giving me proper response or any appointment.

I am trying from last 1 and half month to get an appointment for Hair Spa but not getting it as every time they come up with an excuse and keep on delaying and today they crossed all their limits by hanging the phone on my face this is not at all acceptable when we equally deserve the services what a paid member is receiving immediately. Just because we have paid in advance and now we wont be adding value in cash to the parlor doesn't mean they can hang on us or keep on postponing the services which are due to receive.
