I was given this scheme by Studio 99 , A Beauty Saloon based in Gurgaon , where they took Rs 500 from me and promised some free services which i was entitled to by using the bumper coupons

This was given on July 31, 2009 and i was promised i can avail the services anytime within a year and they are not keeping their promise now .
They have said that they have already taken back the scheme whereas i have written terms and conditions which says that it can be availed within 1 year



I wnat to lodge a complaint pls suggest how to
