Exclamation Surgical Shop not providing bills & warranty on products
Sir,

This is regarding the Flow Neb (Nebulization Machine) which was purchased on 23/07/2009, which was informed that there is a warranty for one year & the shop owner refused to give the bill saying sir we will be here to serve you why to worry. When the machine started giving problem the shop owner informed that the machine is in performing well. But when i visited again & started to orgue then the person says that i have to pay for the repair charges.

Kindly let me know the next process.
