I have checked my eye at Titan Eye+, Adyar, Chennai and ordered for new glases. But after 4/5 days I was facing come some promblem in vision. So I went back to Titan Eye + shop tell my concern. But it was told to me that my lense power is perfect and I should consult eye specialist. Then I consulted a Eye specialist and found that the prescription given by Titan Eye was competely wrong. There was no need of any number lense to right eye which was given by Titan eye member. Then I enquired about the qualification of the members who has Diagnosis me. Out come was, he is a diploma in ophthalmic, not a doctor.

So my question is can any diploma holder can prescribe any eye patient. I dont think so. There should be a doctor behind any prescription

Please help me to take any leagal action against such irregularities
