1. I Mr. Rajender Prasad Age 56 S/o Shri Tulsi Ram Meena resident of 56B/B-12A, Dhawal Giri, Sector-34, Noida (Uttar Pradesh) bought a LG Color TV (Ultra Slim 21”) from Kay Dee Electronics, 7-B-1, Sector-18, Noida, (Uttar Pradesh) on date October 18th 2008.

2. There was problem in the TV set starting from November 2008 and continued till date….

3. We communicated to your Costumer care Call Centre from the day one & we have the Complaint Numbers.

4. After our repeated request to replace, there is no action.

5. They are demanding service charges for the above mentioned in sprite of being with in the Warranty Period.

6. I have attached the copy of the legitimate Warranty Card issued to me legally.
