This is to inform you that I Mr. Partha Pratim Guha Niyogi (Consumer No - 2133) have applied for the double cylinder through your authorised distributor M/s Jai Bharat Gas Agency on 21st July 2010 but till date I haven't received any call from there side towards status of the same. I have also tried to call your nodal officer Mr. Nishant - 09437576547 but not received any response from his side also. So it is my earnest request to you that pls look into the above matter and arrange to resolve the issue at the earliest.
