Today(12.08.10) is the second time i have the arrogant answer from the HP Gas office.
1st time when i want to book the second cylinder the lady answer me that our computer is breakdown so come after some time but i ask her when i would come she told it is not in my hand so come tommarow
but i said i came from far and i had children(2year) with me so i was enable to come again from east to west again can i wait for some time she said she said we don't book today either the computer is ok.
you come again tommarow.

2nd time when i want to know how time is take for the delivery of cylinder, she said you got the cylinder in evening. i said ok where my cylinder is delivered. She said i don't know how can i said.
I said please see in your system then she said ok
