Honorable Sir,

I had purchased 1pc of Massage Pro machine worth of Rs, 3600 at Thane Exhibition ( Opp & Near Gatkari Hall) on 22-01-2011 against Invoice no, 1476 from stall of Asian Concept Network,Office No.2,Shinde Niwas,Carter Road No.6, Opp. Borivali Station, Borivali (east),Mumbai-400066( as per invoice.)
This machine is worked not more than two days. I called up their help line no. 022-65283055, which is mentioned in the Invoice is not reachable and again I am called up Mr. Jasbir Singh(Marketing executive) his mobile no. 9833316248 also mentioned in the Invoice. He is not giving me a proper answer and answering with abusive language. Later I understand that this company has cheated several people in the market.
Kindly help me to refund this money what I spent.
Honorable Sir, why not prosecute this company under section 420 of IPC code. to avoid this type of cheating.
