Just thought that I should bringing to your attention about a lapse on the part of the customer service. My father had renovated his house in the month of November 2009, and had changed all the bath fittings to Jaquars.

But there seems to be drop in the quality of products manufactured by your company. The fittings started giving us problems right from the second month. The handle of the toilet shower keeps cracking and breaking. The plastic used to manufacture these levers have also been found to be extremely low quality.

Now, over the last month my father has lodged at least 3 complaints over your voice recording system and no one has bothered to get back to him. We are on the verge of giving up on your services and take it to the consumer forums, and also globally to the jaquar firm.

I have installed ur product -Queen's collection, in my new house built last year only and we are facing a problem with ur bath fittings ie the water doesn't pour out properly thru the tap or the shower. Could u pl help me out.
