I undersigned Neha Rajan Kocharekar shifted to Virar in this month. On 28th August 2010 I have applied to Bharat Gas Agency namely ANITA GAS SERVICE which is situated at Virat Nagar, Virar (West), Dist Thane .for new Gas connection with one additional cylinder.

ANITA GAS SERVICE told us you have to pay Rs. 3900/- for one connection alongwith one extra cylinder. They also told us with this connection you have to purchase one gas stove cost Rs. 3000/- and one water filter cost Rs. 1,500/- compulsory i.e. you have to pay total Rs. 8,400/- for new connection.

Sir, I am housewife and my husband is working in private company and his salary is Rs. 6,000/- per month. I had my old gas stove then why I purchase the additional gas stove? But ANITA GAS SERVICE are forcing me to buy Gas Stove and Water Filter which I don't need. Our financial capacity is very weak so I can't pay this huge amount.

I also inform you that ANITA GAS AGENCY is forcing each and every customer to buy the above product alongwith new conncection.

Therefore I am requesting your goodselves that kindly look the matter and take necessary action against ANITA GAS SERVICE to unable me to take new connection.

Please follow the procedure on this page : Bharat gas complaint and get your issue resolved. We do not get Bharat gas customer care people to visit our forum and I believe they dont really scan the internet for complaints as they hardly have any competition.

in my house there 9 members first v complaint and there said to book for 15 days but there r not suppling it for 15 days in the bill itself there enter 15 days bookig v cannot use cylinder pls v want one more cylinder
