Dear sir

this complaint is regarding delivery of bharat gas cylender. We have booked a cylender on 10.10.11 agaisnt consumer no-r02762. We have not received refill till now. We have called the respective agency(raghav gas agency(code no-150033)) for enquery but they have not given satifactory answer. This this occuring time because the blached the cylenders.

We request you kaindly take suitable action against agancy and inform me about the action against the agancy.
So kindly do the needfull action, otherwise we will file a case against the agancy in consumer court.

we have booked the refill on 12/10/11. But the refill cylinder has not reached even after 20 days from the booking. Consumer no is 29389. Bangalore under Basaveshwar bharat gas agencies. I request the authorities to take strict action on these dealers who are selling the gas in Black market for extra money .

They do not have curtesy to treat their constomers properly. They way the response comes from them is very irritating.

We as consumer are suffering with out gas even during Deevali festival day .

I am registered with ashwani enterprises delhi the spcod is 143374,and apply on line for refiling on 18-oct 2011. But till now i have not received so far.while on line record show delivery on 28-oct-2011. Kindelly look into the matter and oblige . My tel. No. 9958059564.my consumer no. Is a399.
