I have booked for refill gas cylinder (consumer no 27533) with Excel Gas Agency (Vashi) on 1/10/2011.

I am continuously calling on 65161437/ 7895991/ 27801646/ 27893084 and on toll free no 155233 or 18002333555 but either i am getting busy or ringing only. i have visited at their office but no positive feedback received.

The Bharat Gas Claims to deliver the gas cylinder to its consumer within 24hrs of booking.
When i try to book complaint on Welcome to Bharatgas Online Customer Service but unfortunately this website is not working. i am not able to book cylinder or complaint and also not able to modify my profile.

Please do the needful so that consumers are not taken for granted.
