    Angry Regarding initial installation charges

    I transferred my Bharat gas connection from Bangalore to Miraj, maharashtra. At the time of registration at Miraj, the authorized person from Bharat gas was asking me Rs.600 as installation charges but when I asked a receipt for the same he refused to give it. Then I told him that I want a receipt otherwise I will compaint about it. He thrown my documents to me & told me that he will not give the connection. this is too much horrible. Can I know about the rules of installation & charges for that & receipt for the same.

    Default delay in supply of cylinders to customer in time

    sir ,
    i am from nagercoil,kanyakumari dist,tamilnadu . i have service connection with m/s murugan gas agencies in nagercoil. they have normal practice of supply the next cylinder after 35 days. but they used to delay upto 45-50 days in almost maximum occations. we made complaint to the owner of agency. but there is no use on that. this is prolonged issue of this agency. this may be due to the workers of agency, but the owner is not come forward to ratify the issue. so you may take necessary action and give due advice so that we could get gas in time.

    Default supply of refills

    I am getting my refill supply from Nandha gas Agency, Trichy. I had booked for my refill on 21.6.2011. I was informed that the same will be supplied after 20 days at the time of booking. On 18.7.11 when I enquired about the supply I was told that it will be supplied after 25 days.even though more than 25 days have passed. Subsequent enquiry I was told that the same will be delivered to day 18-07-11. But the same has not been delivered. why are they are not giving a right commitment which they can meet. If due to some unforeseen circumstances they can always call and inform of the possible delay.

    Hi,

    I had submitted all the required documents at bharath gas agency in KR puram - Bangalore branch,
    However now my Gas connection has been cancelled, when i enquired i got to know that, you have cancelled my connection due to non subbmission of address proof.

    I had submitted all my address proofs long back, i am not sure as to how can you cancell my Gas connection.

    please check and activate my connection ASAP. Below are me details.

    Default Supply of Gas Cylinder in Bhadlapur East

    Sir,

    I having residential connection of Bharat Gas cylinder (single cylinder) for residential use . The agency supplying gas cylinder is absolutly hopeless they take 10 days to replace the vacated cylinder, Therefore as coustmer of the Bharat Gas I have to under go great difficulties to obtain gas cylinder therefore pls. look in to the matter in proiority basis for supply of cylinder in the vicintiy.

    Dear sir,

    My consumer No. 14972.
    Gas Delaer - Bharth Gas agency , Near Moolarband, Tanki Road, New Delhi

    This LPG gas dealer unnecessary delays our supply of refill of cylinders. Suppose if the booking is done on 1st of the month the gas will be delivered after 10th days of booking that means we will get the cylinder only after 10th of that month. This kind of late delivery is happening from the last one years and every time when we do the complaint on their they say that the gas cylinders the received is very less or some times they say the cylinders that was carrying by the truck is not reached yet. We are really not sure what exactly the Gas Agency does with the Cylinders they receive. One more thing is that when we want to get the status of the booking their office phone is always engaged. Sometimes they give the delivery boy's mobile number to inquire with him.And whenever they delivered us we find the gas is low in weight.

    The problem is not only with me for the entire people who has Bharath Gas in the area Jaitpur and Methapur.

    Please take the necessary action as early as possible.

    I will calling to Harshil Gas Agency, Jalgaon.425001 (M.H.) for cylinder booking but Booking officer giving not response every time. but today ( 26/07/2011) i will directly visited to Booking Office & Telling my Problem But booking Officer give not Mannerly replied & he told me " You have Complaint any where in Main Branch." So I Request you, " plz take the immediately Action on that Agency or change the staff.
    The problem is not only with me for the entire people who has Bharath Gas in the area of Jalgaon.

    I having residential connection of Bharat Gas cylinder (single cylinder) for residential use . The agency service is so bad, they replace the vacated cylinder in 2 months,there is no home delivery,and we are having so many problems to contact to gas agency, pls. look in to the matter in priority basis for supply of cylinder.

    I am the customer of bharat gas and my local distributer for bharat gas is sai vinay agency in kadamba shopping complex.My problem is as usual as all indians are facing.the distributor is not delivered cylinder .It is last 7th day as per the guidance of bharat gas that they should delivered in time.Everybody knows ,india is corrupt country and blackmarketing of gas and oils is on top high.All the officers involved in this mud.So that there is no complaint cell (calls) till now in india.
    I am simly telling this ,sai vinay agency in greater noida blackmarketing the cylinders and consumers are facing problem and there is no complaint call centre so that consumer can compaint.

    Default fack sms booking systim by bharat gas

    my name is suraj. i am costamor of bharat gas sience 10years. in the name of amul gangadhar yadav. my egency is akshay gas egency bhayandar thana maharashtra. and my consumer nomber is -10571.i am facing problem not recieving cylender on time sience several years. now problem have appear that i had booked gas by sms booking 25-7-20011.reply sms i got confirming booking booking reference is 11012736 on same day. when i colled in egency office on 8-8-20011 thay toold me that there is no booking and we yet have not started sms booking service. i am register costemer on bharat gas's official website in the name of amol gangadhar yadav. there i seen this servies and i register my self online only for sms booking. and its not my foult now. now egency is refusing to delivery of cylender and my cylender have got finished. please halp me out.

    Dear sir
    This is Mayank saxena, I am a one of the customer of Bharat Gas My Consumer no is 36007 ,I stay at Dombivali East Thane Mumbai I must say that the services from Chaitnya Gas Agency -Dombivli (East) Thane Mumbai India Pathetic.
    The problem are:
    1. No proper response any time.
    2. No proper guidance to customer.
    3. No helping attitude.
    4. Always they put themselves first and customer afterwards.
    5. Late coming to office.
    6. Phone numbers are always busy.
    7. And now I think there no has also changed but informed to customers
    8. System don’t work .
    9. They think that we are in need hence always we have to follow attitude.
    10. Staff not courteous.

    Why I have mentioned these things because not only me lot of people are facing such problem you can check in complain box. We need that some investigation have to be done on the following matter, kindly help the customer because we are paying for it and still we have to take leave from office to get one cylinder.

    Default M/s. Thillai gas agency, Kumbakonam,transfer of my connection

    I have maintain Bharath gas connection with M/s. Thillai gas agency, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur(DT), TamilNadu from 2004 onwards. My customer number is 26372.
    Now, I shifted my family to TRICHY, Tamil nadu. So, I handover cylinder and regulator to agency on 01-08-11 for transfer of my connection from Kumbakonam to Trichy. On that day (1-8-11) agency staff asked to collect transfer certificate on next day ie, 02-08-11 evening.
    On 02-08-11, I came from Trichy and asked the certificate. But, they are not given (Non availability certificate is the reason from the agency). Same day they collected my mobile number to inform after preparation of certificate.
    Till 19-08-11 morning no information from Thillai Agency. So, I called to agency phone numbers. But, nobody taken the phone (Always all the phones are in silent mode).
    In that case, I went to agency on 19-08-11 evening from Trichy for asking the details regarding transfer certificate. But, that day also they are not given certificate and ask them to meet owner. I met the owner and asked the reason. At the same time, he is not given proper response and respect to me (am a class- A officer) and he shouted not like a owner (IN YOUR WEBSITE MENTIONED CUSTOMER FIRST). and in front of me he instructed to their staff “don’t issue the certificate”. I replied, “I am going to write complaint against you”. He said “u write I know how to face it”.
    So, I am writing complaint to you.

    Default gas tube required

    15 days back I personnely went to Vinayaka Gas Agency Ambattur that my gas connection tube requires replacement immediately, I was told that it will be replacedin a day or two.There is no response for the 25 phone calls.     Hi i am having the same issue here.They do not do home delivery to me.I stay in a prime location in bangalore but dealer refuses to give me home delivery.And each time i have to go the dealer to collect the bill and then to the godown to collect the gas. And i am telling the persons work in the godown are not human being, they talk so roughly and harrash people.I feel like getting the gas every month is not my right in india and as if these guys supply gas free of cost.hope these things should come to notice by the correct person and necessary actions should be taken.

    i have booked my home delivery by phone on dated 03/08/2011. office staff tell me that my cylender will be delivered with in two days at my premises. but there is no result till now. many a time i confirmed my booking by personelly visit, but the office staff attend me very rudely. and when i complaint to sales manager Mr. Narula (contact no. 9466144956) he told me that i can't do any help in this regard. and the agency doing cylender delivery in black openly (Rs. 650/- to 700/-). and approx two years i am facing this problem every booking.
    i am very depressed. i am facing very problem regarding cylender refilling.
    you are humbly prayed for solve my problem as earliest as possible.

    I (sujit agarwal) booked cylinder in pradip gas agency nigdi,pune but after 25 days i have not recived yet
    what can I do? I thought the agency or delivery man take the gas cylinder and sell in black market.
