I was having a domestic gas connection with Consumer No. 15808 at Kannur in Kerala. On 20.12.2011, I transferred the connection to Vadakara, Kerala. Due to some server error it took several hours to get it transferred online. On 21.12.2011 I went to the Vadakara Bharat gas agency but could not get my connection due to server error. This continued till 24.12.2011. On 25.12.2011 the agent told me that the server is now working but could not feed my termination voucher number as it was giving 'Invalid No.' The Kannur agency says they have transferred it and Vadakara agency says they are helpless. For the past 10 days I am without gas. I thought that online transfers are faster than manual. May be I am wrong. What should I do now?

The supply date of book is not correct. my cylinder gas is finished, ( Two cylinder ) iam about the booking on 24.12.2011. Agency people no any satisfactory answer.Daily morning that is iam call to the agency but the agency does not take the phone . they are regurarly irresponsible for the customer to give the service that iam complaint wih you regarding to this letter please take necessasory action the negligence of the customer.

This is a serious matter now when I booked my gas on 7th of January 2012 and they told me due to shortage the gas will be delivered next week. I wait till next week then my wife called Pushpa Gas Agency, 470, Acharya Kriplani Marg, Adarsh Nagar, Jaipur - 4 to deliver the gas at our doorstep they answer the call that it will be delivered by tomorrow. Then this goes on for another week. Finally my mother went to the dealer on 30th January, 2012 and the dealer told that it will be delivered by tomorrow. But I did not received the cylinder till date.... What to do? where to go?

well after booking of a cylinder in registerd office JAGDAMBA GAS LTD. JAGADHRI we shud get our cylinder in 7-10 days.....but we r geting it in 2-3 months n dat also after going again n again in thier ofice.they are doing black of cylinders so please do some action over it.
