    Default Non- delivery of gas cylinder and misbehaviour of Aparajita gas agency personnel

    Sir,
    I Shree S.K.Dalabehera, a costomer of Aparjita Bharat Gas Agency, C.S.Pur,Bhubaneswar having consumer no.4027 draw your kind attention that on 22nd Sept. 2010 i have booked for refilling of My gas cylinder over phone & was given sl.no. as 62 Dtd 22/10/10. After passing of 7-8 days when i enquired about the supply of the same as told supply will be given in next 3 or 4 day's. On 7th october 2010 at around 7.50 p.m. when i asked about the non supply of the Gas cylinder i was told supply of cylinder's for costomers booked on 8th & 9th sept. is going on & further told to calculate accordingly the number of day's for my term. On being asked for the phone no. of the Proprietor to convey the same the person who attend the phone asked me my name,my occupation, my nature of posting etc. On being asked the porpose of this questions the persons (who attend the phone) said me to waid for a minute than without answering my question he stated that i have to wait for another 10 or 12 day's for delivery of Gas Cylinder.

    Sir though almost a month has been passed the gas cylinder is yet to be delivered. Previously also it takes at least 15 day's to deliver the gas cylinders. As such i request you to take neccessery immediate action to supply the Gas Cylinder.

    Exclamation Late delivery of gas cylinders

    I have Bharath Gs connection from Siddhartha Gas Distributors, No. LL2, 2nd main, 5th cross, vivekananda nagar circle, mysore-570023. they are not delivering the gas cylinders in time. they deliver the the gas cylinders 5 or 6 late that too even on calling them frequent times. Distributors code is 163432

    Sir,
    Madhu Gas agency (Dongri) the gas cylinder is not supply for the customer. Because he is supply for more amount paid peoples. The supply date of book is not correct. my cylinder gas is finished, iam about the booking on 16/10/2010 booking no 26226 agency people said delivery in 4 to 5 days, daily morning that is i am call to the agency but the agency does not take the phone . they are regurarly irresponsible for the customer to give the service that i am complaint with you regarding to this letter please take necessary action the negligence of the customer.

    Default delayed delivery of cylinder, failure to attend phone calls

    Padmavathy Gas Agency at Selaiyur, Bharat Gas, is the worst agency i have come across. they don't deliver cylinders in time, they don't attend phone calls. 3 numbers, 22271055, 22275055, 22272044, all numbers always busy. we can't book refills, we have to go in person. they will deliver only after a month's time. Receipt wil be in one date, refill will be delivered one week after. no response at all. Better the agency may be closed. no purpose. they are not meant for serving people, they only trouble a lot. they are selling the cylinders in black market for Rs.600. No responsible person there. we have to run after them.

    Default Gas Cylinder not supplied in time

    I booked my gas cylinder by DAMMO ENTERPRISES, 64 DDA flat Jilmil Colony Delhi 110095 On 15th October 2010 against my consumer number 28793. Dispite my repeated visits to agency the gas cylinder in my house has not been received till date(02/11/2010). i request you pls take Suitable action against agency & inform me about the action taken against agency..It is doubted that the same could be sold in black in open market.I facing lot of Trouble since more than 15 DAYS.

    this is sharik siddique.i want to complaint about the gas agency in jagadhri.the delivery of gas is very very poor.every person are not satisfied as me by there service.the gas are booked before 1 week but we recive the gas after 15 to 20 days or more due to there irreresponcible owner.they used gas for black.and people are waiting for next then next.....the owner and worker are not used a good language for there customers.
    sir tell me what is the service of this........i m not satisfied.

    Myself nitin bisaria i was submitted my gas connection papers in january 2009 but they will not providing connection ,again i submitted gas connection paper in september 2010 but still no answers from them please loo up the matter.

    Respected Sir,
    I too have problem with one of the agency in our locality.Consumer no: 9122 for bharat gas in the name of my mother Krishnamma.D. We are depending on the agency named “SANDHYA Gas Service” Thakaraparambu, Thiruvanthapuram.She is a senior citizen booked for a cylinder on 14 october 2010,I get a cylinder on September 19 2010.We are suffering with this type of insult from the agency for the last 3 delivery.

    Please give due consideration to this request, and take action as soon as possible.

    Sir, It is noticed that the cylinder which has been refiilled from mp gas agencies kundamankadavuTrivandrum is not filled properly is almost filled tthree quarter .This time it latsed less than fifteen days than usual usage.Either they supply used cylinders by tampering the seals.The case is not isolated one and many such complaints from neighborhood customers have been noticed.Has it got something to with recent seizure of gas cylinders near edappazhinji area at trivandrum recently.Sir when i contacted agency over phone the lady replied that the manager is away and should talk to him and she is not aware of manager"s phone no.Strange is it not sir?
    Sir please look in to the matter and humbly request you to take necessary precaution to prevent this hapless customer from any vengeful acts by the agencies because of this complaint in future.

    Angry Non Delivery of refilled gas cylinder after booking[home delivery]

    Dear Sir, Madame
    I am the consumer of BHARAT COOKING GAS .My consumer No is 2352 with the ADHUNIK GAS at Dehradun [UK]. I had booked the gas for the replenishment of my empty gas cylinder with the above agency on 09 Sept.2010[Booking No 678 dated 09/09/10]. Till date i have not been supplied with the refilled gas cylinder of the cooking gas. I am facing great difficulty due to non supply of gas. THIS IS PATHETIC AND AN ACT TARNISHING THE IMAGE AND THE REPUTATION OF THE COMPANY BY THE DEALER APART FROM HARASSMENT AND TROUBLING THE CONSUMERS.

    May I request for the need full to be done by some one responsible in the organisation of the company for urgent supply of gas to me and regulate these type of irregularities to avoid in convenience to all other consumers in future.

    Default not deliverying LPG cylinders in time

    Ours is a Unit by the name Teco Industries located at Plot No.C - 17/5, MIDC, Taloja, navi mumbai 410208.
    We face acute difficulties in getting LPG cylinders from our Dealer M/s Shri Sai Ram Gas Agency( Bharat Gas Distributor) Plot No.6A,Sector No.1, Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai 410218. vide their phone no. 022-27425133. There is no responsible person with whom we can talk and get our thing done. Ours is a commercial connection vide our consumer number is 42496. We get cylinder only after 20 -25 days once registered for.

    Smile non delivery of gas

    R/SIR,
    MY NAME IS MANJU . I AM A CONSUMER OF NATIONAL GAS SERVIVE DISTRIBUTOR OF BHARAT GAS AT HISSAR (HARYANA). MY CONSUMER NO IS 7979. I BOOKED GAS CYLINDER ON 30/10/2010 AT 3.45 P.M , BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED GAS. IN BETWEEN FOUR TIMES I RANG AT GIVEN PHONE NO,s 9254356573 & 01662243530 . EVERY TIME I GOT ISSURANCE FROM THERE SIDE BUT NOT RECEIVED GAS.
    IT IS REQUESTED PLZ ARRANGE TO DELIVER THE GAS CYLINDER & OBLIGE

    Default Transfer connection is delaying and forcing to buy any new Item in the store

    Hi,

    I was having gas connection in Hyderabad. Recently, a transfered Bharath gas connection documents brought to Bangalore Mahalakshmi gas agencies ( Kodihalli, Indranagar, Bangalore). I requested them to take transfered documents and to get gas from bangalore agency itself.
    They said it is not possible now, we have gas scarcity now. Come after 10 days. I obeyed their response and went after 10 days then after also they are telling same story.
    Other than that gas connection deposit amount they are asking for Rs.1000 extra. The reason for that what they are telling is you need to take any cookker or pan or some item then only we will give connection otherwise, they are not allowing me to take connection.
    Apart from this they want another Rs.15/- extra for each delivery of gas cylinder.

    Could you please tell me where to complaint about this and how to solve?

    I am vikash sharma s/o sh bhanwar lal sharma I purchase a celender from ( SAGAR GAS AGENSY KHANDELA SIKAR ) Than m.r Pankj & Hari told me We sell celender with 5 k.g Rice And pices Cookar. Yet You do Not Purchase THis We ndo not provide gas Connection.

    respected sir my cons.no is 2909 in shree kumaran agency.when we call them for refilling the cylinder they are not respond. they are not booking that call and they said nowonly they booking that and they deleyed for delivering.

    i have a no. of bharat gas 3108 i have been facing problems in its booking to SULAKSHMI GAS AGENCY they donot book it before 21 days n when the time comes their phones discharges so i m unable to book my gas n due to shortage i am facing many problems related to it and its agency is too far from my home so kindly pay your kind attention to it

    sir,
    i have deposited six thousand two hundred sixty one Rupees only for new dbc connection on thirty october two thousand ten at M/S.ashwiniI bharatgas,dolmandap sahi,puri orissa.At the time of the booking they told me to come after fifteen days but when i went they give me new date for delivering my dbc connection and when i went on that they again give me new date.Sir, from that day i am continuously pursuing for my connection but unable to find till date.In this regard i request u for kind and immediate help.
