I have booked for gas supply on 28/9/11 by 10.30am , still gas cylinder is not delivered and ref number for booking : 13261054 and if call to disributor contact number there is no reply, ringing is going on but nobody attend the phone already 22 days has been completed...so i want the reason and it should not happen at any time in future.....and my contact number :9445179074 ,Agency Name:GANESH GAS AGENCY ,perambur , chennai-11 ,consumer number : 27365 .pls do the needful

DEAR SIR,
MY GAS CONNECTION NUMBER IS 2025.
THE BHARAT GAS CLAIMS TO DELIVER THE GAS-CYLINDER TO ITS CONSUMER WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING.
BUT WE HAD BOOKED OUR CYLINDERFOR FOR HOME-DELIVERY ON 16-Jan-2012.MY GAS SUPPLIER IS MAHINDRA GAS AGENCY,KARNAL-132001.
THE DELIVERY HAS NOT TAKEN PLACE DESPITE OUR DAILY REMINDERS TILL TODAY i.e. 26-JAN-2012.

WE ARE FACING MAJOR PROBLEMS DUE TO THIS.

PLEASE TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION ASAP.
