I am a consumer of Bharath LPG gas. I am resideing at Katambazhipurm under Ottapalam area. Consumer No. is TGA 5399. I booked for a cylinder on 30.8.2011 and booking No.is 15855.
After passing 1 month I contacted the booking office at Ottapalam but no favourable reply is given. There is abnormal dely in supplying gas from Ottapalam.
Similar complaint was occured in two months back and I am forced to contact Cochin office Regional Manager who intervened in the matter. At that time he has given directions to Mr. Sachidnandan, Proprietor of Ottapalam Agency and complaint cleared.
While thanking for such action, I once again place the complaint. Please look into the matter and give directions to the Proprietor to deliver LPG gas without further delay.
