The Authorised Bharat Gas Dealer in our town is not providing the LPG cylinder on regular basis and always provides the reason of Short & Irrregular Supply from the Depot.

I have booked a cylinder on 14-Sep and till date i didnt received the LPG cylinder.

The Bharat Gas Office is split in two locations. To order resupply one has to visit Benaulim and for other transactions you have to travel to Colva. The Colva Office is often not manned. The doors are opened by staff from the next door restaurant that belongs to the husband of the lady who owns the Bharat Gas Office. She is invariably "just popped out". In fact she arrives and leaves at her whim. The worst is that she never returns your calls or contacts you when she promises she would do so on the next day. The biggest complaint I have is that although she says there is no compulsion to purchase a tied in product such as a cooker or toaster etc. when ordering a second cylinder for your household, she will not place a cylinder on order for you. She has uses the pretext that you are one of many waiting and will not give you a time line when she can supply the requested cylinder. This I am sure forces people to go out and obtain cylinders from questionable sources. The proper agencies should look into the working practices of these two offices.
