Respected Sir,

Recently, I have visited a Bharat Gas distributor to avail a new LPG connection at Patel colony Jamnagar. I asked him for a new LPG Connection but he told me that they have complete package of Gas connection (including LPG Gas Cylinder, Gas Stove and some other house hold items). if you want to take a new connection then you must have to purchase these items also other wise you will not get anything. i had told him that i have already a Gas Stove of good quality then why i shold purchase a new Gas Stove. I simply want a new LPG Cylinder only, kindly give me a new Gas connection only. he replied that, without these items included with Gas Cylinder you will get nothing. go some where else to take Gas connection.

is it compulsory to purchase a Gas stove to avail a new Gas Connection. kindly take the action against these people who compel consumers to purchase additional items along with new Gas connection.

I have visited the distributor office with my PAN card and Telephone bill. I think some action should be taken against the distributor.hopping some attention of higher authority over this matter.
