    Default complain ag. indane gas dealer

    Sir,

    I am a lpg consumer of indane gas through the dealer M/s Nitin Enterprises, Khajekalan, Patna City, Patna 800 008. My consumer No. is NT 338. I am tring for booking from last three days but no bodies has received the call from morning to till evening in his office hour. Although this is a matter of booking but if there is some miss happen and I have to inform him and the dealer bhaviour will be as mentioned above then who will be resposible in such case.

    So, it is my request to you that please forward these complain to concerned officer so that we could receve better service from him.

    Question Indane gas dealers charges for gas

    i am a consumer of indane gas for the past 25 years, i would like to know that whether any amount in excess the bill amount we have to pay to the dealers or not. because my gas bill was Rs364.90/- for aug 2010 but the person who bring the gas collects Rs377/- from us i.e., Rs12/- extra per month apart from the bill amount, he tells that is the charge to deliver to house, if we collect the cylinder directly from their office they wont collect Rs12/- from us. i kindly request u to help me in this matter.

    Default no supply of gas even booking 15 days back

    Dear Sir/madam

    i have taken connection of gas from Roy gas agency manisha market bhopal vide consumer no.-- 34627.i had bookrd gas vide booking no.- 8620 or 8626 since from last 15 days,but till date i have not received cyclender even my regular enquiry over phone.in every call they are saying that today we are sending.

    Default Late delivery of cylinder

    Late delivery of cylinder
    My complaint is that the delivery of gas cylinder is not being done on proper time.
    The delay of more than12-15 days
    Peoples working in a najafgarh branch of gemini gas enterprises are selling cylinder in black.
    I had booked my cylinder on 15th september 2010 at 21:05,but till today i didn't get my refilled cylinder. Whenever we demand for gas the agency gives answer in negative response i requested that my cylinder got empty but they said it will come after 2 and 3 days.
    I was register two more complaint against them by online indane gas site but i am not get good response from your side. So i am forwarding again new complaint?

    I call the agency distributor he is saying they don't have filled cylinder but on cash they selling in black. Peoples are coming and they are purchasing cylinder in black.

    They are having cylinder for black but not for booked cylinder.
    Is there any rule and regulation that cylinder should be reached within the fixed days after booking date?
    if any please inform customers about it so that case can be filled against the corrupt officials and company too.

    Default non supply of cylinder even after 20 days of booking

    Our Indane dealer is M/S.M J V Indane gas Agency, No.97/1, south Phase, Industrial Estate, Ambattur, Chennai-58. Our connection No.is 3487(PREVIOUSLY WITH ASIATIC). We have booked for the cylinder on 29/09/10 & the wait list no. was 11368 and promised to supply wothin 10 days. As there was no supply, we telophoned on 18/10/10 and came to know that the bill for supply was made on 06/10/10 itself and the agency promised that it will look into it why it is not yet supplied and arrange to supply immediately. From that day every day thereafter we are contacting them but cylinder ws not supplied yet till today ie.21/10/10 10.00a.m. Will you please look into it.

    Respected Sir,
    My Indane dealer is M/S.Ratan Laxmi Indane Gas Service, Tulsi Mandi, Agamkuan, Patna City - 800007. Distributor Code No. is - 69180057. My Name is Bilquis Bano, of Dadar Mandi, Patna - 800007.
    My Connection No.is RL-1092. I have booked for the cylinder on 27-07-2011 through mobile Phone Booking service & the wait list no. was 208943. and I got a sms on 3-08-2011 that my cylinder is supplied to me. But there was no supply, I telophoned and Complaint sevral times to Ratan Laxmi Officer that I not get my Cylinder Yet. Ratan Laxmi promised that it will look into it why it is not yet supplied and arrange to supply immediately. From that day every day thereafter we are contacting them but cylinder ws not supplied yet till today 26/08/2011 08.00 p.m. Will you please look into it and help me to get my Cylinder as soon as Possible.Because it is the Month of Holy Ramzan, I need gas immediately to cook my Foods for Iftar.

    Default complaint against distributor

    Dear sir
    On 02.11.11, My Gas connection transferred at Faridabad.
    I am disappointed because the service you provided was defective because My Gas connection bearing no 21038350000182 transferred from HODAL (Brij Gas service) to FARIDABAD by depositing Cylinder and Regulator and got T voucher dated 02.11.11. Now when I contact to Indane Gas distributor at Sector 8 faridabad. He has refused to provide me the same and tell that your confirmation is not received and also say to contact your previous dealer i.e. in HODAl. On 07.07.11 I have contacted her she tell me that we have transferred your account to Faridabad and give the reference of T voucher.
    Now both dealers are refused to resolve the problem. Please suggest me what I have to do because I have already deposited my Gas cylinder to the agency and irresistible I have to go outside to take the food. This is in breach of our contract as laid down by the law.
    To resolve the problem I require you to resolve the problem whilst reserving my right to claim against you.
    I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem. I will wait for two days (from 07.11.11) before arranging for the matter to be corrected by a third party at your cost or seeking help from consumer group

    I have booked for the cylinder on 22-10-2011 through indane automated booking service,refill booking no:-272332,cash memo 8760 generated on 22-10-2011.and today its 8-11-2011 but the cylinder has been not delivered yet,there is always 12 days delayed delivery.I even launched a complain through18002333555 on 4-11-2011 feedback no:-213001 but even after 4 days of complain no desired action has been taken.Its absurd and annoying and in this festive season we are bound to buy cylinder in black for Rs.1200..Kindly pay some heed towards it.

    Default gas deliver delay

    dear sir,

    my conzumer no is 2361 agency name m/s sulabh indane sewa . I have booking 8/11/11 cash memo no 248 . 10 days goes but gas was not delivered to me. i have gust tranfer this connection satya gas agency to m/s sulabh indane sewa in this period aprox 2 month i have not recived gas. my two cylinder is empty so i requist to you plz delivered my gas quickly. thanks you.

    Default Non Transfer of my Gas Connection

    This is against M/s Kiran Indane Service, Samastipur falling under Area Office, Begusarai, Bihar. It is to inform that I am a Bank Officer and presently I have been transferred to Ellenabad, Dt. Sirsa, Haryana from Samastipur, Bihar. The documnt (S.V.) provided by the said dealer has been lost. However, the blue book is with me. Now I am willing to transfer my connection to Company's agency at Rania, Dt: Sirsa: Haryana i.e. the nearest agency from my place of posting.


    I regret to inform that the office staff of M/s Kiran Indane Service, Samastipur has misguided me in many ways & lastly they had refysed to transfer my connection on 29.10.2011 and advised to lodge complain. I have lodged complain over telephone having Complain No. 209264. Since my native town is Patna and as per my knowledge the area office was at Patna: I have visited the Patna area office on 31.10.2011 and came to know that presently M/s Kiran Indane Service, Samastipur falls under Area Office, Begusarai. On my special request, I have been allowed to meet the official of Patna Area Office and have discussed all efforts taken by me to surrender the equipments and all the misleadings made by the officials of M/s Kiran Indane Service, Samastipur. The officials os Patna Area Offcie tried to convey the legal position of the transfer of connection. I again regret to inform that the Officials of M/s Kiran Indane Service, Samastipur had ignored the advised of Patna Area Office. I was returned with the words of Officials of Patna Area Office that they can only advise. The order to transfer the connection will be placed by Area Office, Begusarai.


    All the matters has been reported to Area Manager, Area Office, Begusarai Vide a speed post letter having receipt no. EH4345541851N dt. 08.11.2011. But no response has been received till date.

    Default lpg -cylinder not full and the agency is not listening

    Dear Sir,

    My name is vikram suri ,House no.205 ,Sector 21-A , Faridabad. Telephone no.98110-26880.
    My consumer no. is AG-19623
    The gas agency is AGGMA GAS SERVICE , 5k-15 , NIT Faridabad.
    Since 3 times the gas is always less in quantity. This time it has so happened that the gas cylinder has only run for 6 days where as normally our cylinder use to run for 22 days.
    We have requested the person who brings the cylinder to bring the weighing scale when he brings the cylinder but he does not bring it along with him
    Today after several phone calls also there has not been any willing move from the gas agency to solve the issue .
    We request you to please take action immediately

    Default Non-delivery of LPG by the distributor

    Dear Sir,

    I am a consumer of LPG gas through Satya Gas Service, Gardanibagh, Patna. My consumer no. GT10540. I have booked my refill on 8/11/2011 and the booking serial no. is 218615. On 14/11/2011 I received the message on my mobile that the 'cash memo no. 2668 has been generated, Cylinder will be delivered shortly'. Then on 16/11/2011, I received the message on my mobile : ' Dear Indane Customer, Cylinder has been delivered against our refill booking 218615 with cash memo. 2668. But in fact cylinder has not been delivered to me till the date i.e. 28.11.2011. I have complaint to the distributor personally on 24.11.2011 regarding non-delivery of cylinder. But there is no positive action has been taken till the date.

    What can I do now. Please Suggest.
