I booked for a refill gas cylinder on 16th of september in Indane through phone,
I did not receive the cylinder till date. I tried calling Ganesha gas agency and spoke to Mrs.Roopa(the name as she said) and enquired about the status of delivery, she confirmed to deliver in a day time(on 30th of sep),and she also confirmed that the bill was generated for the supply. Then as i did not receive the cylinder I tried calling her again after four days of waiting, the she said that the delivery boy met with an accident so could not deliver. Then again after a few days of waiting I tried calling her land line , which she never picks and once picked and the receiver was kept aside. Initially when I spoke to her I complained about the delivery boy taking the change(Rs.40) without my permission as tip, when asked about this , he said it is customery now a days... and the official(Mrs.Roopa) did not take any action about my complaint also.I am helpless now. I would be happy if the needful is done at the earliest.-Sai durga.
