I submitted my Maharaja White Line Stand-by light on 15.07.2010 back to their service centre (Europa Sales Service phn no.:09339005652), in Kolkata (West Bengal). (Complain no.: O/W4265). I have been calling the service centre quiet frequently, but I have not received back my stand-by light after repairs. They claim that they have to get some spares from their main office and the office has not supplied the spares to them till date!
I have bought the light on 09.02.2010 from Spencers hyper (gariahat) and it is under warranty period. I have called the service centre frequently. They have not responded. They even harassed me.
I have also sent several emails to their email id customercare@maharajawhiteline.com and serviceadmin@maharajawhiteline.com but I have not received any replies from anyone! What Am I to do to get my stand-by light repaired? Why don’t these people send the spares required? Why don’t they reply to my emails?
