This is to bring to your notice that i would like to register a complaint against FREINDS COOL CARE,SHOP NO.2,SECTOR-8 MARKET,FARIDABAD ph no.9213552046,9654924357.

On 23 june 2010 I hired his services for the repair of my refrigerator..I explained to him tht my refrigerator is not workig properly n its cooling has stopped. He agreed to come home n will repair the refrigerator. The following day a guy called chandan singh phone no. 9999961515 came in the evening n repaired the refrigerator . In the process he changed two parts 1. Thermostat for which he charged Rs. 2450. 2. Bio meter sensor for which he charged Rs. 1220. plus service charges Rs. 250. In total he charged a sum of Rs. 3800 after a little discount.

My refrigerator worked well for 2 days but after that it again it started cooling less n later stopped cooling at all.
Due to this all my food items started stinking n got rotten.I called the service provider to plz come n check my refrigertor but he said tht he will come tomorrow to repair the refrigerator but he never came. Again i called up him a few times but every time he used to make excuses tht he does not hav men to do the job or his guy chandan singh is in auranagabad for training or it is raining. He promised me a few times that he will come but never showed up. All this while my refrigerator was not working properly,cooling was less hence my food items were stinking n got rotten hence i was in lot of trouble due to that.. Everyday i used to call him on his mobile phones..printed on his bill atleast 10 times a day but they are all out of service or he never attend the phones. I used to call his guy chandan singh on mobile phone no.9999961515 but he also seeing my number never attended the phone. This has been going on for last three weeks. now i m sick n tired of calling him n his behaviour towards my complaint. It is an absolute harrasment to me.
Now following are some details abt this service provider.
1. He is not an authorised dealer of repair n services for LG products(which he says himself to be).I hav confirmed this from LG electronics private ltd customer care.
2. His bill also looks spurious to me as it does not mention vat tax made compulsory by govt of india.
3. He has in written given one year warranty for the parts changed while LG company gives only 3 months warranty on any parts.

After 3 weeks of continiously trying his phone. n he not attending my complaint, i finally went to the police station. When police asked him why he is not attending the complaint he replies with a lame excuse that he is liable for a 15 day warranty as against the one year warranty mentioned in his bill. Police asked me to register a written complaint against him so they can take a proper action against him.

Please look into the matter n kindly do the needful.
