This complaint is regarding M/s Shree Dwarkadheesh Glass Co. based at 5A/190-191, WEA. Karol Bagh, New Delhi-5. This concern has supplied mirror, tinted, float and toughened glass at our Salon and spa project at Punjabi Bagh. The major issues are:

1. There has been prolonged delay in delivery and installation. It has been more than 5 weeks since placement of order. The delivery and installation time promised was 5 days. Till date the job has not been completed.

2. The quality of workmanship is drastically below standard. The mirrors, sizes for which were taken by the vendor from ready frames preinstalled at site, are awkwardly cut, with none of the mirrors either properly fitting the frame or cut at 90 degrees at corner. In addition to this even the edges of the mirror are not cut straight in many cases.

3. The toughened glass have been wrongly cut. The no. of holes required to fit the glass properly were not cut. As a result, the glass is precariously hanging in 5-6 places. Our customers will handle these things directly (as they are doors to shower cubicles). In case, some accident occurs, our new spa will get a bad name in the very beginning. Considering this, we are not allowing the customers to use this facility. Consequently, we are losing business to the tune of INR 10000/- per day, since spa therapies are incomplete without this facilty and customers refuse to book with us for this reason.

We have to go through this trauma even when we had paid 100% advance at the beginning of the job. We have been making 5-10 calls a day to the vendor requesting him to finish the work. (it amounts to more than 200 calls in the period of delay). But he has been giving some excuse or the other and not completing the work.
