    Default Complaint towards indane gas.

    Dear Sir,

    I Manmohan Singh, R/o B 318, Lok Vihar, Pitampura, New Delhi - 110034 and my consumer no. is 3776.
    This is regarding my gas cylinder which was delivered on 26.08.10 and the cylinder is finished in 14 days because the cylender is filled half with water. And on website there is no complaint form where we have to register the complaints and the toll free nos is given but the no. is NOT IN USE.

    So I please request you to change the cylender Immediately.

    Default LPG gas booking with furute date

    Dear sir,

    There had been complaints about Indane gas and the gas agencys about the work and also how badly the serve and treat the consumers. Though there might be thousands of grieviences seen on the net, I am sure none of them may be attended or any action taken neither by the IOC or any statutory bodies.

    But this is a unique complaint which I think may happen only in M V ENTERPRISES, Avadi, Chennai 600054. Our consumer no 5319, wherein when the gas cylinder was delivered last time around first week of August the delivery boy noted the date on the consumer card as 20/08/2010, which was not noticed by my mother. Subsequently when we went to book the gas cylinder on 14/09/2010 to the agency itself (as booking over telephone hardly works) booking was done with the date as 21/09/2010 which was noted on the consumer book itself. When asked them about it, they say their records show the last cylinder was delivered on 31/08/2010, which means they would have sold the same in black and now the punishment for the same for the consumer. When told that no cylinder was delivered on the date, hence book the same on current date, the staff do not have patience to listern to the customer. Is ther any one who is accountable for such mal practices that happen openly, punishing the consumers for the selfishness of the agency or its employees.

    Dear Sir,


    M/s Sahid Subhash Gas Agency are not picking-up phones . I have diled 2 hours continously but the deeling person are not picking-up phones .

    Default regading Indane Gas

    Dear complaint officer,
    I had taken a gas connection in Indane Gas in SVSB gas agencies(code: 125541), Ichapuram, Srikakulam Dist, Andhra Pradesh.with consumer no 4963.
    I had applied for transfer connection to Sompeta gas agencies on 29-12-2009.
    But I want to continue with the same connection in Ichapuram because of my personal problem.
    For the process both the gas agencies are not giving the proper response.
    Pls help me regarding this issue.

    Default poor system

    Sir, My complaint is in respect to following points

    1.Not providing home delivery service
    2.We are receiving gas after 15 to 25 that too at dealers outlet
    3.While we are collecting refill at dealers outlet we are paying the same amount i.e no reduction of Rs8 on refill cost
    4.On paying Rs 100 to Rs150 in excess to cost of refill any one can get gas immediately
    5.Booking is made only after 21 days after receiving the refill

    Exclamation cylinder very irregular

    Respected Incharge,

    Due to very irregular supply of cylinger, we get only one cylinder for 60 days. From the date of booking it takes 10 day and for bill maturity it takes 25 days. Again after quarreling for 10 days after that only we get cylinger. Then it should take another 21 days for booking one cylinder. If this process goes on how we people can serve ourselves.

    If we quarrel wantedly they make delay in supplying the cylinder. Kindly take severe action on Sreema kripa located at mogappair.

    Default Delay in gas supply

    I booked a cylinder with ANBU Gas Agency, Arrubakkam , Chennai on 27-11-2010, and no cylinder supply till date. On phone conversation, they gave false promises saying after 2 day or 3 days till date. No action taken when the same complaint being lodged to Indane customer service cell, chennai . The same Gas Agency had booked a false booking in our consumer no. without our knowledge on 5th October, 2010. On being questioned about the same, the agency admitted their mistake , is a simple computer mistake in records. But till 19th November, 2010. Please take necessary action on the same

    Default charging Rs 250/- for domestic installation checked

    Now a days M/s Hardev Gas Agency Jalandhar Cantt(Punjab) is charging Rs 250/- per connection for domestic installation checked where as as per indane it should be Rs 40/-.And hardev gas agency staff is demanding to show the slip of Rs 250/- before gas booking.If some body fails to produce this slip Hardev Gas Agency staff refusing to booked the gas.

    Thumbs up Bad services For of Sri Balaji Gas Agency,

    Dear Sir,

    I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Sri Balaji Gas Agency, Ambattur chennai . I have booked for a refile on 08-01-2011 over phone. They replied that they will Distribute with in a week. But after 2 weeks when I made a call to them they...

    It is common phenomena that for booking a refill you have to try continuously for 15-20 days,...
    We will not respose your request. we will not send it today. We wont say when in next week we will send you. If you want change this company to some other , you can do it.

    This is very harasement. They not even respond through phone.



    Notes: Today date 09-02-2011 Not Delivered In my home . Kindly enquire the Agency.

    I had booked a cyllinder consumer number is 44147 consumer name KESHAV JHA on 08/02/2011. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I call to Indane gas (JAI JAWAN GAS AGENCY DWARKA NEW DELHI ) agency to enquire about it, the staff told me it will take at least 2 days more days to deliver it means it taking 10 days to deliver gas after booking.this gas agency always talk in threatening manner if any thing is asked against his desire.I request you to please look into the matter...

    Angry Not Getting my gas

    I have done my booking on 9-march-2011, Time-03-12-31pm Distributor Name-Nairs Gas Service, Reference number after booking the gas is 77031.Now let me introduce myself, my name is Gaurav and i am working with AAJTAK news channel and one of my brother works with DELHI HIGH COURT i am giving this whole introduction just because we are facing the problems with INDANE GAS SERVICE specially with NAIRS GAS, whenever we called they never respond and once in a blue moon if they picked they just put the receiver down now i simply want to say if any action can not be taken against this complain then i will show it off to TV CHANNEL at aajtak that how INDANE are giving services to their customers and my brother will file case against your indane company. i have the proper report of my booking and it is showing delivered to indane net booking actually i had taken the screen shot of that and i have already sent it to all your head office. Kindly take any action or let me take.

    Red face Frequently leakage of Cylinders

    Hi All,

    I am from Delhi and linked with INDANE gas service and using its services for past more than 12+years. However, for last 5 months their services are very much downgrade they are providing faulty cylinders to us and we are facing the leakage problem drastically and top of that whenever we call on there EMERGENCY number (s) they keep us on waiting for more that an hour and after doing various follow ups still there service is not good. NOT SURE WEATHER THEY UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF EMERGENCY OR NOT.

    We are facing this leakage problem very badly and every time they come and fix the problem after doing lot of follow ups what if something major happen.... hope you understand what I am trying to say. Moreover we asked about the problem from the person who comes to fix the issue he told us that there is “Varsell” problem always which should have been checked properly from INDANE side.

    Would request you to please take an appropriate step on the same or let me know to whom I can directly contact for this serious issue.

    Default Non acceptance of transfer voucher by lpg agency

    I dr pankaj kr. Singh ,a lpg customer of indane at gujarat,dahod,damor gas agency,no.13311 got my transfer voucher no.21119840000167 dt.27/05/2011 but my nearest dealer of indane at siwan ,(where i was transferred),parvati gas agency plainly refused to accept and he said- i am saturated.go to sidhibinayak agency. At 2nd agency -they said that ur area belongs to parvati agency. And i am wandering like afootball. Very astonishig,i am medical officer posted atb dist.hospital siwan.if i am suffering then what is the condition of illiterate customers. I want justice, justice and only justice.

    Default complaint regarding non supply of cylinders against transfer voucher.

    I Sanjeev Kumar Sabharwal, a government servant recently transferred to Muzaffarnagar (U.P) and at present residing at Type III/21, Central Excise Colony, Shakuntalam, Awas Vikas, Circular Road, Muzaffarnagar. I surrendered my LPG connection no 25115 at M/s Raj Gas Service, C-Block, Sec - 16, Shastri Nagar, Ghaziabad vide termination voucher no. 21544150000426 dated 28.06.2011, bearing running S.N. 10279.

    In the Muzaffarnagar, I approached M/s Muzaffarnagar Gas Service, Prakash Chowk, Muzaffarnagar for issuance of Gas Cylinders on 9.07.2011. Where, I met one Mr. Rajan and a Lady told as the owner of the Gas Agency. They took the photocopy of the transfer Voucher along with fifty rupees and told that after confirmation the cylinders will be issued, I requested them for issuing the same at the earliest as I have no other mean of cooking fuel. I was told to approach after 10 days. When contacted on 21.07.2011, Mr Rajan whose telephone no. was given as 9917333307, he further said that they are unable to provide cylinders as there Madam is on Amarnath tour and they are not having any Regulator. When asked when will I get the cylinders he did not gave any satisfactory reply and did not responded properly. Now the problem with me is that I am not certain when will I get the cylinders and how the cooking problem will be solved. You are requested to do need full in this regard.

    Default not delivered new booked cylinder

    Sir/madam, I haved booked new cylinder for my family 2 months before ,but still the cylinder cylinder is not given to me.when i went to the office of the gas supply agent ,he did not listen me,the staff of the office is very odd.
    they did not talk lineantly with the consumers..........


    please take quick action against them,
