Hi,
i am a customer of bhartgas last two months i shifted to kadigudi.so,i change my dealer to rasmi gas agencies located at kr.puram.They are not deliver gas in time even after 15 days of booking they not response anything and phone number which they mention in consumer book are always busy some time they answer call and not reply anything.

On 14 of jun 2010 i book gas that time they told like they will deliver within a week.I wait upto 29th july.when they not deliver.Then i try to contact though phone but, someone answer my call but not reply. it happen 3 times and all other number which they mention in book are busy.Then, went there and discuss with sales guy and issue a bill and they refer a person whose name is "kumar" nearest gas agencies for delivery of gas..Now he is playing with me to deliver gas.like today,tomorrow,now.

Sir, plese take care my humble request to take action against them.

I am also facing the exact issue with Rashmi Gas Agency. I booked the cylinder 3 weeks back. Till now it has not been delivered. There is no gas in my house for last 2 days. I have been trying to call them, but either the numbers are constantly engaged or if at all it rings they will not pick the phone.

I request Bharat Petroleum to take immediate action against this agency.
