In the month of May, we had an contract with the contractor to re-do the house. we have the copy of his estimate and the works that are need to be done inside the house. On receiving almost all the money, now the contractor refuses to complete the pending jobs. we have the acknowledgement given by him everytime he received payments from us. we have the original estimate given by him on his letterpad(printed) and the acknowledgement of money paid by us. can we file a case on him??


please provide us the information cause we are still waiting if he would comeback and complete the pending works. please let us know if we can file a case against him?
