I had purchased CG Geyser 1 Ltr in Jan 2011 with 3 year warranty. This year the geyser got faulty and we logged the complaint on 26th Dec having Comp No. 1112036753. The complaint got attended by Kunal Enterprise (Frenchise of CG) on 28th Dec and was told that assembly has to be replaced and would be coming tomorrow (29th Dec). But after that no response, i kept on calling them and everytime they gave an excuse that part is not available. The contact person at Kunal Enterprise is Anil (+91 9212267833) They also showed their helpness and told us to call CG.
The worse part is that upon calling CG no response. I was given contact of David (+91 96541 25301) at CG who is the Area Service Manager. He never picks up the call. By chance he picked up the call on 31st Dec and promised to resolve the issue. But no avail, no call after that.
On 3rd Jan i again called up CG number and escalated to Regional Service Manager, Anil Kumar (+91 11 23460700) and again requested to help in resolving the issue. He promised to call me around 11:30 to let me know when would my complain be attended. But no call. I am extremely frustated, if somebody can help me.
