We have purchased a bata sandle from dharward bata shoe store on 9/2/10 bata sandle number is 186140217 and after 2or 3 days the sandle velcro was opened .When we went to chandra layout bata showroom in bangalore they said that they will not change it.And they said to get it changed from dharward itself,or mail this type of problem to customer care.
when we had send the mail to customer care they said that will give suggestion after15 days after thinking.They said that go to their showroom of bata in chandra layout with the print of their mail and cash memo 12586.when we went their the chandra layout bata showroom store manager refused that he will not change,but will repair with hands and give and said to leave the sandle and will give after 4 ya5 days.So we had send the mail to customer care and personally called the customer care.now they are also refusing to change the sandle because its a minor defect and not a manufacturing defect.they said that they will repair and give but not change and will give after one week.So please i kindly request you to take some necessary action towards this problem
