I am having my gas connection with Bharat Gas (Mahalakshmi Enterprises, Hal 2nd Stage, Indira Nagar, Bangalore) and Gas connection number ME-52428. I had booked my gas cylinder in their office around 15th July. Girl at the customer care noted down on a paper with her. But i did not receive the cylinder till 2nd August.
Then again i went on 2nd August for inquiring about the delay and then i came to know according to their record i had not booked on 15th July at all. They asked me for SMS booking and i did that. Which finally got registered in their records. But i still did not receive my cylinder till 21st August. My wife went to remind them about this and met their manager also. He convinced her that they will send the cylinder on same day. But we did not get it.
After a delay of one more week (28th August) we again went to them for the same cylinder and after lot of arguments we finally got our cylinder on same date.
But waiting time for the delivery of cylinder is max 2 weeks. Which if consider my booking date on 2nd August it should have been delivered to us max on 17th. They are not ready to listen our complaint also. This is happening 2nd time out of 3 times we booked the cylinder.
So finally i decided to complaint in consumer court against them. I hope you will be able to help us regarding this matter. We are really harassed by them for our basic necessity and our right.

Dear Sir, I am having gas connection with Ekam Gas agency Rajpura Distt. Patiala Punjab and I booked my cylinder on 16th sept.2010 but till date could not get the gas cylinder. Sir whenever I am calling them they said there is shortage of gas from the Company.On the other side they are selling in Black. I am requesting you to look after the matter to avoid harassment of customer.Regards
