Thanking you for your prompt and unintrepted supply of LPG gas cylinders for our domastic consumption.

I had booked for a cylinder 15 days back. and the cylinder was brought to my residence on 7th August 2010. by the gentle man in very clean uniform. Unfortunatly the cylinder was very dirty and unclean from out side. So I asked the same person, How do you expect me keep this cylinder in side my house.?
He sasid that this cylinder is in good condition and it is not leaking. I simply told him I shall not take such dirty cylinder in side my hose. asked him to give me a clean one. He took the cylinder back and did not come back. After 15 minutes I went out and found him havig tea in the shop. So I asked him showing all the cylinders he had that they were all clean and good condition.

Again I went to Your office in Pashan R&D bazar. explained the same as above.on Monday 16th August. The lady in the counter said I will be supplied the same day or the next day.

Please look in the matter and do the needful.
